P&B Music AR Show

Context:
Project developed at Wildbytes for Pull&Bear, part of the launch of their store in Madrid, Spain
Technologies:
Augmented Reality · Visual Positioning System (VPS) · Google Geospatial API · Unity · C#
Description:
This project brought to life an Augmented Reality Music Show in front of the recently opened Pull&Bear store, in downtown Madrid, Spain. The final product was a mobile app that, when used on-site, unveiled a virtual concert by Spanish pop star Sen Senra, fully integrated into the surrounding urban environment.
Through the user’s phone screen, the artist appeared surrounded by dynamic 3D effects and digital scenography that reacted to the physical architecture of the space. By blending virtual elements with real-world structures using Visual Positioning, the experience blurred the line between the digital and physical — enhancing the immersive feeling. Overall, the conjunction between technology and creativity created an impressive musical and visual experience.
This was one of my first projects at Wildbytes, and I quickly took on a leading technical role. My work began with researching and testing technologies for location-based AR anchoring. At that point, the Google Geospatial API was recently launched and there were few examples or previous cases to understand its capabilities. We decided to take the chance and go with it.
During development, I:
- Led the technical implementation, coordinating a team of developers
- Contributed directly to coding key components of the app
- Collaborated closely with the creative and 3D teams to implement their designs and work in the app
